Welcome, my name is Jim and I own and operate James Hill Web Design, a homebased business thats sole purpose is designing and creating websites for personal or business use.
I do this by working hand in hand with the site owner and creating a unique site that is not only pleasing to the eye but simple to navigate. I make basic websites keeping those still using dial up ( you wouldn't believe how many there still are) as my guideline. If they can open and navigate the site, anyone can. This gives you ZERO loss of visitors because all the fancy do-dads are too much for their computer or connection to handle.
I host my sites on one of the finest hosting companies anywhere, Globat. I have used this company for over 7 years, and while they claim only a 95% uptime, it has been my experience that it is more like 99.5%. They are always helpful and reliable and I don't plan on changing anytime soon. As I like to say, "If it ain't broke, don't fix it!".
My rates are very reasonable (some say I work too cheap) but I refuse to charge more, just because I can.
I am a firm believer that the rewards you receive in life, should be in direct proportion to the service you give.
